Love Pepper Lunch
10:29 PMI got excited when I first saw Pepper Lunch on the works at SM Megamall months ago and I've been hearing a lot of raves about how original their sizzling pepper steak is. I find their other locations too far so I really anticipated this branch in Megamall.
The place was roomy and I like their interior too, those comfortable couches and cushioned chairs makes you want to just lounge around and pass time, I wish they had their own wi-fi though.
Oh and a little something for me, I finally got my Kuronuma Sawako Nendoroid =) I hated how this figure doesn't come with accessories, but she got 4 faceplates though.
Beef Pepper Rice - Php215.00 + Egg - Php20.00 + Orange Juice - Php40.00
Their signature dish in its sizzling glory :) It costs Php Their food attendant asked me if he could mix everything together, coz that's how it should be prepared LOL compared to the other dish that you just need to turn the meat on the other side. (but I said no coz I'm gonna take pictures of it) The rice is already tasty and it's actually more umm, pepper-y than Sizzling Pepper Steak's rice. The beef is thinly sliced and juicier, I added an egg to create a feel that I'm eating a pricier tapsilog hahaha. No refillable drinks on Pepper Lunch, sorry.
I didn't mind getting too much pepper on my rice, it's very tasty indeed. =)
