Mayoi Goes Places: Apo Reef

It's been a while since Mayoi and I went to the beach so we're so thrilled to go back to Apo Reef with my travel buddies last weekend! It's one of my favorite places to pitch a tent and just chill. Also, the sunset at the beach is truly breathtaking...

Mayoi has been to many beaches with me already but each place has its own story. ^_^

Yes, that's a yacht over there!

She comes running at the shore and chasing waves again!

It's the perfect time to build sandcastles!

We're going on another trip this weekend! I can't tell yet, but it's gonna involved a lot of walking LOL. Anyway it's really fun to have a travel buddy with you!

Hope you all had an equally awesome weekend! :)

Mayoi Goes Places: Kawasan Falls

figma

It has been a while since Mayoi went on a trip with me, so last weekend, I brought her to Cebu to get in touch with nature again! This time, we went to see Cebu's famed Kawasan Falls.

Being a huge waterfalls lover, I've always wanted to see how beautiful this is. That crystalline blue water looked so unreal in pictures, but when I went there, I was surprised...it really is THAT blue!

Even the shallowest part of the stream shows how blue the water is, almost like the ocean!

This is why I love nature so much! <3 p="">

My travel buddy seems so excited to go on a nature trip again!

Ahh! It's my second waterfall!

Mayoi: "Look, Pinkcheeks-san, the water is so blue! Can I swim here?"

Me: "Ummm.. No."

"Can you take my picture instead?"

Me: "Hey, we have to go..."

Mayoi: "but I wanna swim..." *sulks*

Here's another take of Kawasan Falls' catchbasin, you could see how blue the water is! Mayoi loves it so much, we can't wait to go on another nature trip again! :) See you on my next post!

Kawaii Usagi Mayoi

bakemonogatari

Mayoi as a bunny? Why not? :3 I was beyond happy when I finally got her last weekend and had already posted a few shots of her that day which was posted on my Facebook page. She's such a cute Nendoroid and I've already made a few photo sets for her together with the others but I'll be sharing this one first.

I used a cute pink bunny costume (from an old doll) and made major alterations to it so it would fit Mayoi. It was such a good day to shoot outdoors and the morning sun just made the lighting so perfect. :)

Hello there you cute little bunny you :3

I made this as my Facebook's cover photo!

The rabbit wants to play hide and seek!

Here's what I did to make the costume fit, I taped the loose part of the costume behind her back, making her look chubby but she looks super cute anyway, so it's okay. :3

I also have white bunny and a brown bear costume which I've yet to shoot together with my other Nendoroids. I wish I could find a tiger costume for Taiga LOL.
